Our test systems are used wherever electrical connections need to be tested, reliably contacted or permanently loaded - e.g. in the automotive and e-mobility industry, medical technology, automation technology or cable assembly. In addition to new developments, we also offer modernizations and retrofits for existing systems - manufacturer-independent and custom-fit.
How does the collaboration with wemonte work?
After making initial contact, we conduct a non-binding consultation in which we discuss your requirements and general conditions. We then develop a tailor-made solution concept - from the concept and preparation of the offer to implementation and long-term operational support.
Can existing testing systems be retrofitted or modernized?
Yes, we offer redesigns as well as targeted retrofits and system modernizations - even for third-party systems. Our goal: greater efficiency and future-proofing without you having to make a completely new investment.
How quickly can your test systems be delivered?
By using additive manufacturing and modular components, we are able to deliver many systems within a very short time - often much faster than traditional suppliers. We deliver our basic adapters within 6 weeks of design approval. The adapters from the “Sophisticated” and “Unique” series are individually configured. Here, the delivery time depends on the availability of the installed components and the complexity.

Yes, wemonte develops and manufactures complex test adapters for high-voltage and high-current applications. We have experience with the associated challenges such as thermal management and have already planned and delivered adapters with active cooling, for example. Of course, we also carry out high-current tests on the products on request.
