Founder | Board Member
Daniel De Monte
Daniel De Monte studied mechatronics in Esslingen am Neckar and Stuttgart. As a former department head and manager of special projects in test engineering, he possesses the technical expertise and experience needed in the field of electrical test adapters for end-of-line testing. As an innovator and a born engineer, he oversees the development and design of wemonte test adapters and is the driving force behind their ingenious solutions.

Jakob Weber
After earning his degree in civil engineering from the universities of Karlsruhe and Barcelona, Jakob Weber worked as a structural engineer for nearly 10 years. He was involved in numerous international projects in stadium and bridge construction, serving as both an engineer and project manager. Drawing on his background in the construction and engineering industry, he brings extensive expertise in the parameterization and automation of planning and manufacturing processes. At wemonte, he is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of digital processes and tools.

Meet the wemonte board of directors
Dr. Mirko Häcker
Chairman of the Supervisory BoardCo-founder of Wolff & Häcker Finanzconsulting AG, where he has served on the board of directors since 1999. In this role, he advises publicly traded companies on investor relations and small and medium-sized enterprises on succession planning and financing issues, among other things.
Michael Gäbele
Vice chair of the supervisory boardIndependent business consultant and banker specializing in strategy and corporate finance/M&A. As an empathetic partner, he supports and guides young, technology-driven companies by leveraging his network and his wealth of entrepreneurial knowledge and experience.
Janos Burghardt
Member of the supervisory boardFounder and Managing Director of the communications agency YAEZ. There, he assists companies, government agencies, and foundations in communicating about future-oriented topics.

The wemonte team
Borche
Borche joined our team as a design engineer in 2024. He develops precision test adapters and finds well-thought-out technical solutions for every challenge.
Pierluigi
Pierluigi supports our design team and brings his many years of technical experience to the development of our test adapters. With his calm eye for detail, he ensures that ideas are turned into clean, well-thought-out solutions.
Ramtin
Ramtin is currently studying Automation Engineering at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences and is also working at wemonte alongside his studies. Depending on the needs of the project, he supports the team in both design and assembly.
Gunther
Gunther primarily supports our team in the workshop. He ensures that everything is well organized, materials are in the right place, and workflows run smoothly. In this way, he helps keep daily operations structured and efficient.
Tobias
In the accounting department, Tobias ensures that figures, processes, and deadlines are always under control. He works with precision, organization, and foresight—thereby fostering reliability in an area that is critical to the entire company.
Lucie
Lucie has been studying Marketing Management in a dual-study program since 2023 while gaining valuable practical experience alongside her studies at our company. She primarily supports our team in the areas of website management and social media.
Roswita
Roswita supports our team in the purchasing department. She keeps track of all the parts we need, ensures that orders are placed on time, and makes sure everything arrives on schedule.
Gonzalo
Alongside his studies at Ilmenau University of Technology, Gonzalo is currently completing his six-month mandatory internship at wemonte. There, he primarily supports the team in the areas of design and assembly.
Lars
Lars is currently studying at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences and is completing his six-month internship at wemonte. His main responsibilities include supporting the team in the areas of design and assembly.
