How we produce your basic test adapters
For the components of our basic adapters, we rely on a readily available standard range from renowned manufacturers. We manufacture the housing, including the masks and other features such as tolerance compensation, using 3D printing. This gives us freedom of design and fast delivery. The process we choose enables us to produce high-quality components that are in no way inferior to conventionally manufactured components in terms of dimensional accuracy and durability.
Together with our partners, we can cover a wide range of materials. The standard material is PA12, which we can also print reinforced with glass if required.
