Jakob Weber
After studying civil engineering at the universities of Karlsruhe and Barcelona, Jakob Weber worked as a structural engineer for almost 10 years. He looks back on a variety of international projects in stadium and bridge construction that he accompanied as an engineer and project manager. With many years of experience in civil engineering, he brings expertise in parameterization and automation of planning and production processes and is significantly responsible for the development and implementation of digital processes and tools at wemonte.

Daniel De Monte
Daniel De Monte studied Mechatronics in Esslingen a. N. and Stuttgart. With almost 10 years of experience in the field, as a former department head and responsible for special projects in testing technology, he has the expertise for electrical test adapters in end-of-line testing. As a tinkerer and dedicated engineer, he is responsible for the development and construction of wemonte test adapters and is their guarantor for clever solutions.

Vice Chairman of the Supervisory BoardSelf-employed business consultant and banker with a focus on strategy and corporate finance/M&A. Supports and accompanies young, technology-oriented companies as an empathetic partner with his network, entrepreneurial knowledge and experience.
